I’m pleased to have launched a statewide program in partnership with Qld Assn State School Principals (QASSP) for 2025.

Staff and leader well-being are obviously key issues in schools. We have partnered to offer high quality leader and staff professional development in all QASSP branches across Queensland in term 1 2025. Whilst it isn’t the leader’s job to ‘fix’ staff well-being, leadership is important and does have a significant impact.

In each location we will be offering…

• A high-quality leadership PD session from 1.30 to 2.45 pm – Boosting Staff Morale and Well-being as a Leader

This will be followed with a session specifically for teachers.

• PD session for teachers after school 3.45 to 4.45 pm – Increasing Work – Life Satisfaction in Schools
