The first three years are especially challenging for early career teachers. It is important that we support and help them look after their own well-being and survive the demands of teaching. Our NEW Happy Teacher – Early Career program is tailored specifically to the well-being needs of beginning teachers.

How It Works?
Once registered, your Early Career Teachers will receive each Sunday, an article specific to their well-being needs at that time of the year. Programs have been designed for teachers in each of their 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of teaching.

Getting started
Register your school. We will contact you to collect the names and email addresses of each of your early career teachers. We provide the resources directly to your beginning teachers (and a mentor in the school as well) each Sunday, ready for the week ahead.

The program also includes Bonus Resources sent directly to the teachers in terms 2 and 4.

For example, the “It’s Worth It” box for first year teachers has proven especially popular. It is designed to stay with them throughout their career, to collect and store notes or cards of appreciation, to reflect upon when times are tough.

Annual Investment
$690 + gst for one teacher
$1380 + gst per school (up to 5 early career teachers)
$2990 + gst per school (6-15 early career teachers)
$3990 + gst per school (15+ early career teachers)

Additional teachers can be added at any stage.
